Allan's Cake Hot Bread - Newtown

This place is great for a crispy Vietnamese bread roll with all typical fillings. Fills the emptiness of simple salads train mi by offering vegan deli meat. Servings are generous and cheap. This is well rounded vegan street food.

Great vegan meat rolls. Eat them all the time. I would like to see that this place in vegan bakery expands treats.

I just tried the Banh MI here, but will definitely be back for them and hopefully there are more vegan options It is super delicious and fresh, with beautiful mock meat. And only $5!

Probably the cheapest banh mi in Newtown at but probably also the best banh mi in Newtown. The roll certainly could have been crustier but it was pretty good and they packed in a fair bit of ingredients, including a lot of pate. Lots of other bakery good too, including interesting breads with bacon and egg baked into them.
