Symposium Cafe - Newstead

I recently hired Symposium to cater for a training session at a nearby business. The food was fantastic, tasty, and well-priced. The cheese and fruit platter was a nice addition, our clients thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn't stop picking at their plates all afternoon! We will definitely be using Symposium again, thank you so much!

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The service is friendly and efficient, and they offer a wide variety of affordable dishes and drinks from different cultures. It has quickly become our go-to spot for lunch.

I recently got some takeout long macchiato from this place on a Sunday afternoon. It was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant didn't seem very unique, and I wouldn't consider it a must-visit destination, but the service was top-notch.

Went to Symposium for breakfast in a group after hearing good things about the place. Ordered the eggs benedict with hot smoked salmon for $18 and out came one tiny zucchini fritter with flecks of hot smoked salmon and two eggs. It was so small I could almost have eaten it in one mouthful. My friends also commented how small their meals were, one saying it felt like a starter. I don't eat out to leave hungry, so despite the reasonable service I won't be returning.
