Terrible customer service and they build a brand new Wendy's right in the middle of a low income housing area but you can't go inside only the drive thru so they kind of discriminate against anyone who doesn't drive.
The new building looks futuristic and more inviting. The line is more efficient and workers delightful. There have been longer lines recently, but even towards the back of the line, your wait will be a maximum of 15 minutes. I'd recommend going here.
The food is the normal food but perhaps this time was not a good time to go. The frosty was melty as soon as I got it and the carpet and floors were so covered in grease that my shoes were slipping. The people were nice but the cleanliness could definitely be improved!
The food here is genuinely quite good, but the staff is where the problems lie. They have kept my card on several occasions, and their attitude is quite dismissive. It often feels like I'm bothering them rather than being welcomed as a customer. For example, when I asked for a straw, the employee just stared at me, handed it over while rolling their eyes, and then closed the window. There was no yelling, but the overall customer service experience was lacking.
