I currently work in the mall and get chick-fil-a lot. I used to get a smile from a certain employee(named after a flower) and now I get attitude or a fake smile. Only thing I can think of is that she assumes that I'm reusing a cup to get refills. I do not always get my food from this location but choose the one next to Taco Bell, cheaper and quicker service.(when they're not super busy) So I use cup I got from them to get refills. I can pull up how much I spend year to date(Amex card) and don't need her attitude. I have in the past used a coworker cup that got food that day but that was maybe twice.
Ugh it was so annoying i placed an order online because i didn't know that you could walk-in and order. Anywho i got there and had to wait for at least 15 mins for my order. People coming in after me were leaving before me it was annoying. And they got my order wrong i ordered and paid for a12 piece nugget meal but i only received the 8 count. Very disappointed
It's chick-fil-a you can never go wrong. And they never mess up an order even in circus line haha
I ordered takeout and when I got home, the food was cold even though the restaurant is only 5 minutes away. It was so cold that I had to reheat everything in the microwave because I didn't want to go back. I was very shocked and disappointed.
