Gary's Handy Lunch - Newport

Large traditional diner, large service, friendly atmosphere, a Newport proof. can be busy all year round at the weekend morning, but always in summer.

Good for a quick lunch!. my family and I stayed here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. this is their prime restaurant with diner/greasy spoon, and the portions were huge, especially for the bark-dryganoff and brain cake my parents got! They have daily specialties, and there are several to choose. the food was good and the prices were right. while you do not eat their socks, it will meet the place when they are looking for a good meal.

Great breakfast place. the omelette was perfect. the houseries were great. super tasteful. the service was before location good price. it's just cash, some come prepared for it. when we are back in newport to breakfast, we will definitely meet this place again.

Always a great, solid old school, family owned breakfast / lunch place. owner is in the regular cooking and they have a really positive mood from all employees. if they are looking for a great meal at lunchtime, they have daily specialties. find great neighborhood!

Stops to come to lunch and was impressed by the reasonable menu options and friendly service. it is only cahs-only, but the effort worth. highly recommended.
