Tim Hortons - Newmarket

Hello, I can’t complain on coffee, because I put it in the garbage right after I got it. But the management has to do something with employees. Today I was served by a woman who had all her mouth ulsers and pus. I understand that this poor woman want to make money, but I don’t know if it’s contagious. I have little ones at home. She even didn’t wear a mask. I paid for my coffee, but put it in garbage.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had. Management has to do something about this. The senior lady who is serving people has lots of scars around her face, lips and arms. She is touching those scars every 3 minutes. I don`t know if this is contagious but when it comes to the food business I think they should hire people with a healthy look. I work in this mall and I noticed most of the staff working in This Tim Horton are untidy, messy and have unwashed hair or face. Where is Public Health????

First time ever i ordered Large iced coffee with less ice, the guy gave me half filled cup and when I tried asking the guy he completely ignored me and I left super embarrassed as so many other people were there and all staring … never visiting the place again :

September 3 around 12:30pmFirst time coming to the Upper Canada mall I immediately went to tims for an Iced Capp. The beverage guy who was taking orders doing drinks at the same time, made a messy Iced capp. The lid had lots of spill from the drink, but this guy cleaned himself first but didn't clean the lid of my drink. HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE.I asked for napkin so I could just clean it myself, but just how rude! I worked at Tims as a member a supervisor, but I never acted this way. Their management should look into their stuff. I didn't know that we should now pay for tap water?!
