Benebene Waffle Ice Cream - Newmarket

This store doesn’t have a bathroom for customers. Not the most convenient for dine in. Our 4 year old had to go to the community centre to use the bathroom and then come back to eat the waffle.

This is just a feedback the waffle was too hard and couldn’t even bite it please use the good quality ingredients and make it better but the ice cream was great

Had the chocolate chip ice cream with the kids last weekend, staff were friendly, great little family joint.

Love the ice cream here, the best quality and great selection of flavours! Will be back

The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were a group of 7 including children. At one point while we were ordering, the person got extremely annoyed. My nephew wanted sorbet but the person who was serving us said the sorbet cannot be put on a cone. Okay, no problem we asked my nephew what else he would prefer, he said he would like chocolate chip. The server was extremely annoyed, impatient and rudely responded back as we were trying to clarify with a 4 year old which ice cream he wanted. When my brother in law made a comment about how he was treating us. Instead of apologizing he started to argue and take zero accountability. We decided to take our business elsewhere and a bunch of people waiting in line left as well who mentioned this isn’t the first time they are rude. I will never go back to this establishment. They have zero customer service skills. Reading the comments, it’s obvious this is a common theme for this place.
