Com Pho Asia - Newmarket

Firstly, the service was lacking. I came with my family of four, and we were given just two pairs of chopsticks to start. When we requested two more, the waitress brought us some wooden disposable chopsticks that were intended for takeout. While it's a small issue, it reflects a certain laziness on their part. I even recalled this same waitress from a year ago, who had an impatient attitude back then. Secondly, the food was subpar. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the meat tasted stale, although the broth was decent. I also ordered bubble tea, and the tapioca pearls were soft and lumpy. I was surprised to find out that a small teapot cost $2. While that’s not a lot, most other pho places offer free tea and refills, and I remember it being complimentary here as well. Overall, I don't think it's worth dining here anymore. There's a much better pho place just across the street in the other plaza.

Me? ve have been coming years and it's the best pho in the gta. I've tried so many other places, and that's the best by far. The broth is perfect and unbeatable. The fresh spring rollers are also a clamp.

The food is pretty bad. If you are a Westerner, it will get a pass, but if you are viet or used to viet/Asian food, this place is not good. Would it avoid, please this is my preference.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and they forgot to include a bowl of pho in my order. The pho I did receive was poorly prepared and lacked ingredients. I understand shrinkflation is a reality, but this was just unacceptable. If you're looking for value, quality, and consistency, I recommend avoiding this place. There are other pho restaurants in Newmarket that far exceed this one.

I used to be a big fan of Pho before I became vegan. After reading a review that mentioned Com Pho Asia offers a vegan Pho option, I was eager to give it a try. I ordered it immediately for lunch. The tofu and vegetable Pho in a vegetable broth was fantastic! It truly hit the spot and fulfilled my Pho cravings. The flavor was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the tofu. While I haven't tried any of the non-vegan options, this vegan Pho was so delicious that I would highly recommend it to anyone.
