Starbucks - Newburgh

This place is a complete disappointment. It seems like the staff at this Starbucks has forgotten how to prepare coffee and they rush through orders when the drive-thru is busy. They completely messed up my Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, turning it into an Apple Crisp Almond Milk UN-shaken mess. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to waste $7 on a subpar drink. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other

I really enjoyed my mocha latte (decaf with whole milk)! However, the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The location is terrible and the cleanliness was disappointing. Additionally, my order was incorrect. The staff appeared more engaged in their own conversations than in tidying up the store. This is by far the worst-looking Starbucks I've ever visited. Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5

Stood at the counter while 5 female employees stood around talking about nothing in a little group ignoring me. I had to say something, it was unbelievable. Rude is an understatement. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
