Mcdonald's - Newburgh

We arrived for a late lunch today and ordered fries with our meal, but they were cold and not very good. I went up to order new ones, explaining the situation, and the staff member, Angel, was very kind and said it was not a problem. She promised to get us new fries. She was very pleasant! Her attitude alone would make us want to return to this place. Definitely a gem in Newburgh - should we say goodbye to McDonald's?

During my visit to the drive-thru this morning, I noticed that some paintings were missing. Despite this, I ordered a big breakfast and a medium coffee. Unfortunately, my order was not complete as I did not receive syrup, utensils, or my hash brown. Additionally, I was given a small iced coffee instead of the medium coffee I ordered. Due to these issues, I am hesitant to return to this place as it seems to be the only option available.

The restaurant is in a very clean and modern location. The customer service was excellent. The food prices and wait times were average. They offer dine-in, drive-thru, or curb-side pickup for online orders. The location is spacious with plenty of parking spaces.

This is the third time that this location has not given me everything for my curb-side order. three burgers were missing this time. I'm trying to call and you're just getting a constant signal.

Getting tired of this location. Every time we go through the drive through lately we have to get moved to the waiting area for simple things like basic hamburgers and 1/4 pounders and fries. When they finally bring the bag out, one thing or another will be cold because it sat while waiting on whatever item they were unprepared to serve.
