Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an order at noon and the only available delivery window was from 8pm to 10pm. I waited and checked the app for updates, but received none. At 10:11pm, when I called Whole Foods customer service, I was instructed to call Amazon. They then informed me that my order had been canceled. How can you have someone wait for a delivery without sending notifications, and then cancel the order without notifying them through text or a phone call? They also said it would take 3 to 5 days to receive a refund, which is ridiculous. I did not cancel the order, the store did at the last minute. I will never order from Whole Foods again. Very disappointed.
Since we all need to wear masks in the store now, I was horrified to see two Amazon shoppers with masks hanging off. I realize it's hard to work with it on all the time, but this should be taken seriously. When I went to mention it to security, I see him with his masked pulled down as well and speaking right next to another employee with mask off! What is happening in this store! Not coming back!
This restaurant hasn't been open for 2 years. They should remove this post.
This is the worst Whole Foods I have ever visited, and I have been to many. The store is poorly managed, with not enough staff at the checkout. Avoid going between 4-7pm, as the lines are too long. The shelves are often empty and stocking is a problem. They need some competition soon. I hope Trader Joe's opens nearby soon.
Really shocked as to why this place only has a 2 star rating? I've always loved whole foods. They got some really good deals at times, and I like their selection of produce. I like how you have an option for organic or not.Hopefully they stick around, definately my favorite store.
