The Shadmoor - New York

Been having a craving for oysters for the first time in a few years and the hunt was on. Stumbled upon the Shadmoor and tried it out... Loved it had to order more because the oysters were better than I remembered. Service a little slow but the food was worth it! Only reason not 5)

First time at this lovely neighborhood sports. It feels like a little vacation. We ate outside on a beautiful tree lined block in a covered eating area. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We really enjoyed our food. I got the zucchini pancakes, reccomended by the waitress Giana. Great pick! My husband had the crab benedict...not a piece left. We followed it up with a delicious apple strudel. We will definitely go back.

Our lunch was great—everything was excellent. Enjoyed the specialty lemonade cocktail. Loved the crab cake appetizer. The salmon burger and angus brisket were perfect, and the profiteroles were to die for! Great service, highly recommended. We will definitely be back!!

Forget some of the iffy reviews. This restaurant is top notch. The chef couldn't deliver poor food if he tried. Presentation 10/10, Quality 10/10, Quantity 10/10, Ambience 10/10. We went 4 times while in New York and the high standard never dropped. The halibut served over couscous was the stand out meal.
