Kyoto Sushi Japanese Thai - New York

A solid spot for noodles and sushi! The special rolls were flavorful, and each piece had its own distinct taste. The fish appeared to be quite fresh. The ramen was good, but I found the broth to be a bit lacking in flavor. I particularly enjoyed the cha siu pork, which was tender and well-seasoned. The green tea fried ice cream was outstanding. The Crab Rangoon was decent as well—a lovely, crispy bite filled with a good amount of filling. I did feel the prices were a bit high for the crowd we were with. Overall, it’s a pretty good place! I will definitely come back to explore more items from their menu.

We always choose this place when we're in the mood for sushi. I would definitely order the appetizer again. They offer a wider variety of sashimi, which is nice. Given the neighborhood, I can see why they have such a selection.

Disorders are not as good as I remembered before the pandemic. Some are the sushi rice in rolls are wet and cooked dishes are oily, satay chicken is much too dry. Most disappointing is the pineapple frits no longer served in half a pineapple dish. Do not order mochi ice cream for dessert... the skin is thick and granular. For large party gathering is a good place with seating.

The sashimi here is incredibly fresh! I highly recommend trying items from the sushi and sashimi section of the menu. It's both delicious and satisfying!
