Antonio's Cupcake Factory - New Windsor

Visited Antonio's Cupcake Factory in Upstate NY after reading the reviews on google. At first I couldn't find the place because the outside is not obvious mediorcre. I went inside there were not many options to choose from. There was only one person inside of the shop. None of the cakes had prices on them. I felt as if I was in a store on Rodeo Drive. But no, I was in an area where there are lots of minorities.The lady become a different person after I asked for the prices. She completely ignored me went to take care of another customer that walked in after me. I didn't get upset because I have encounter ignorant people like that before. I just walked out. Went to a different bakery that treated me like a queen that I am, the variety was incredible great prices were noted every where. See ya Antonio's Cupcakes. You lost a great customer that likes to spend money.

Since 2017, I've ordered every single birthday cake and cupcakes from Antonio's, and I’m consistently impressed. The flavors are delightful, the cakes are moist, and I always get compliments. I highly recommend the pink velvet and strawberry buttercream, but my personal favorite is the chocolate truffle. The ordering process is always smooth, the staff is friendly, and they truly deliver a quality product.

This is the best cake I've ever had! I requested a baby shark themed cake for my son's first birthday, and it turned out beautifully. The cake was chocolate with cookies and cream filling, and it tasted incredible. From now on, this will be my go-to place for cakes!

Honestly, just no. I came here to get some last minute cupcakes for a friends bday and was immediately turned off by firstly the RUDE service by who I’m going to assume is the owner, and secondly it was giving yard sale cup cake and wasn’t very clean and by not very clean I mean filthy… there’s a girl I’ve hated since kindergarten and I wouldn’t even subject that monster to one of their stale looking cupcakes.

Never coming back. place was just so dirty and smelled weird. i ordered a cupcake just to try and it was so dry, the frosting tasted very much like old, stale butter and left a sour and fatty taste in my mouth. would definitely steer clear and get sweets catered somewhere else.
