KFC - NEW WATERFORD

There is always good food here but if the restaurant is busy at all it seems like it takes forever to get your food. It doesn't matter how many people are in line to get waited on there is only one poor person working the counter. I think management would know when the busy time of each day is... like lunch and supper time to have extra staff on.

Never have items like Honey for chicken nuggets. Their answer is always it 's their suppliers . But same every time I go in. KFC Chicken is supposed to be 11 herbs and spices . At this location, seems like they only have salt. Taste is terrible! Not the KFC I grew up with. :

I find the food is a bit over priced and greasy for my taste.

Undercooked chicken, untrained staff, bad service and impolite cashier. Also, they don’t have the spicy flavour chicken offered by other outlets. Kindly make efforts to improve.
