Dunkin' - New Rochelle

I am completely disappointed! I had been avoiding this Dunkin' Donuts for over a year due to their burnt coffee the last time I visited. They couldn't even make two sandwiches correctly, and they forgot to add the cold foam, yet still charged me for it! The attached picture shows the "matcha latte" my wife ordered, and it was incredibly foul and improperly mixed. She is lactose intolerant, yet they gave her regular milk. If you have any dietary allergies, I recommend staying away from this place! It's unsanitary, unsafe, and lacking in skill.

One of the staff members seemed a bit unfriendly, but I understand that working with the public can be stressful. The service also took quite a while.

I ordered a chicken and bacon croissant stuffer, but instead, I received a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It seems like they don't know how to read orders properly.

Food is great. Its a shame that they try their hardest to get the order all WRONG. Id be over reacting if it was just one day, but its over the course of 3 days. How do you mess up Cold and Hot? you would think they would hire people with the basic senseof Touch.

They clearly do not take dietary allergies seriously! Overall, the experience was unsanitary, unsafe, and unprofessional. We have dietary restrictions related to lactose intolerance, and they completely overlooked this.
