Starbucks - New Philadelphia

This is one of the busiest deaducks I have ever visited so that I always pre-order and they are in the regular on time

Dining area is still closed. Can’t even place your order inside. It’s time to reopen. Covid is over. Catch up with the rest of the country please.

The worst part is the drive thru line, but honestly, once you're in, it doesn't take too long. Always perfect too!

I love our little towns Starbucks. I wish they had a less dangerous drive thru. People haven't figured out how it works. But the people who work there are all amazing. Only had one experience that was less than fabulous. The manager was arguing with the shift lead on the floor about shift leads schedule. Shift lead took our order so quick and wasn't listening because he wanted to argue instead. ? so our order was completely wrong. Other than that it's usually perfection.

Tried to drive through in a camper van. Would not set off the monitor and they would not accept my order at the window. The app was not downloading so I couldn’t get coffee. Not able to bend the ridiculous asinine rules for a cuppa coffee. Don’t come here. Nasty sarcastic staff without a brain who can’t think outside the box.
