Texas Roadhouse - New Philadelphia

I love there salads, but my husband got a hamburger that was not very good. Overall I gave them a3 stars. If I rated just on my steak salad I would give a solid 5 stars.

Can't beat free appetizer for Presidents day advertising except they still charged me. So i ordered a to-go order immediately after arriving so that after I'm done eating I can run quickly. After I'm done my to-go order apparently never was enter (at least it seemed that way). I waited for like another 30 minutes and finally I just left without the food and they got my $60. Not what usually expect.

Staff was awesome and polite. Food was great even when they missed something on the order. They addressed the issue took care of it fast and everything food wise was hot. They will see my family again.

Ridiculous wait. We were told 20 minutes. Ended up being 1 hour. Waited over an hour for our food. Ribs were cold. Chili was cold. Not sure how you wait that long and get cold food. Slow service and a clueless hostess.

OUTSTANDING!!! excellent food and Curtis our waiter was absolutely the best waiter we ever had. He's very good what he's doing. Excellent service. I recommend asking Curtis as a waiter. We've never been to Texas Road House, but we'll definitely be back. The manager even came to our table to make sure we had everything we needed.
