Red Lobster - New Philadelphia

This Red Lobster is very unique, they should use this restaurant as a training model for other Red Lobsters, especially those in Northern Ohio. Customer service was excellent from the time we went to the door until we left The server was fantastic and our food served us in time after our order. The food was also excellent at an excellent temperature and portion size was better then what we expected.

The atmosphere has greatly improved since nce right after the pandemic. Friendly staff and great service at the noon time meal.

Service was phenomenal. Our waitress did a truly great job. Food was decent. Ordered shrimp Alfredo. Many of the shrimps still had the shell on them which was found after biting into one of them. Daughter enjoyed her go to place on our daddy daughter date!

We had the waiter named Chloe and she was the best we had in awhile. Always made sure we had a drink. Was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The food is so good! Can't wait to go back! Margaritas are huge!
