I said okay well you charged my card for them but I have nothing to pick up? Worker just gives me a blank stare. At least the manager was trying to be helpful but she didn 't know how I was supposed to get refunded the extra money. I contacted corporate and am informed that the store must process my return. Of course! So now I must waste another trip to this place to get my money back. Not pleased about how the situation was handled. Why not call me if the item is not in stock? Better yet, why charge someone for something you don 't have? Won 't be returning.
Zero customer service. Poor hygiene. I waited 20 minutes for a four piece chicken strip basket that I never got. I asked someone to check on order number 77, that person just walked around aimlessly. Did not provide me with an ETA. Didn’t even know what was going on. As I was waiting watching the line cooks put a hamburger inside of a microwave, one of the guys reached up and brushed his nose multiple times with his fingers. No gloves, didn’t wash his hands. I put my number 77 on the counter and my water cup and I walked out. Enjoy my nine dollars. I will never return to Dairy Queen ever again.
