Craft Bistro Lounge - New Philadelphia

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. They also had a great selection of drinks. My steak was a bit on the expensive side, but it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.

The restaurant has a spacious layout, but the acoustics aren't great due to the many hard surfaces. However, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. We ordered the 42 oz bone-in Porterhouse and shared a Caesar salad, and everything about this meal surpassed a recent similar experience at a well-known restaurant in Akron. I can't recommend it enough. When our steak arrived, our server checked it and found it to be rare, even though we ordered medium rare. She promptly took it back, and when it returned, it was cooked to perfection. It's much better for a steak to be slightly undercooked than overcooked. We absolutely loved our meal!

I had a wonderful evening celebrating my 70th birthday with twelve family members. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We enjoyed a diverse selection of dishes, and everyone was served quickly.

Our waitress Jen was so nice and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We had the pretzel appetizers with beer cheese and the cheese was amazing. We also had a slice of the red velvet cheesecake and it was really good

We had the sea bass special, which was good but not great, and was overpriced. We also ordered the pork tenderloin skewer appetizer, which was disappointing. It had 4 cubes of pork on a skewer over a bed of corn, and it cost $15. Our server was great, but neither of us were impressed with the decor. On top of that, the floor was slippery and the table was sticky. We won't be back. The Pointe has much better food.
