Buffalo Wild Wings - New Philadelphia

The waitstaff appeared to be more focused on leaving than serving us. We had to wait 50 minutes for our food and only received one check-in during that time (even though the restaurant was only half full). It took the waitress 5 minutes to take my payment because she was chatting with another table. Then, she messed up my friend's transaction. The food was decent, but the service was so poor that I have no plans to return to this restaurant.

The location new philadelphia served my man wing and one had a clip in it. they immediately took the plate and said they would decrease the specific order of the wings from our bill. no one manager came by to discuss the problem. No, follow the phone call. I'm totally discussed. my man could have been seriously hurt! not here.

My girlfriend and I go to Buffalo Wild Wings often and we frequent this location especially since it’s near our house. The service here is almost always mediocre at best. There are a few good waiters/waitresses but we seem to always get stuck with the worst ones. we never really expect much out of them anymore but this was probably one of our worst experiences yet. we went in on a tuesday evening and it wasn’t very busy because it was around 830. Our waitress came and ordered our food fairly quickly but then it took forever for it to come out (at least 40 minutes) and when it got there it was barely warm/cold but i just went along with it because i was ready to go home but then i start eating my celery and found that it was mushy, so i went on to the wings. wings were good but cold, same with the fries, during the whole time we were there the waitress only stopped by three times. i had ran out of ranch for my wings and the rest of my other veggies so i waited for her to come around. after a while i start scanning around the restaurant and i find that our waitress is just sitting at the bar on her phone, eating and talking with another employee. we waited almost 15-20 for her to come over because she was just sitting up there. she came over and checked on us and then disappeared for another 15 minutes and then finally brought us our checked after seeing that we were basically done when she was there 15 minutes previous. i hate being this type of person but i’ve just had it with the poor service all around. it’s really ruining my love for buffalo wild wings. attached picture is of her just sitting at the bar talking, eating and messing around on her phone. this was the second time we’ve had a similar issue with this particular waitress.

Food was good, but one order of wings were not very warm. Still tasty, but would have been better warmer. Service acceptable, atmosphere above average.

Buffalo Wild Wings was fantastic! My wife and I arrived on a Friday night at 6:00pm and were pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't very crowded. Those who missed out really missed a treat because the wings and beer were exceptional! We were seated quickly and our server promptly took our order. He was incredibly polite and patient as we deliberated over what to order. We decided on the regular hot wings, which were spicy (at least for me) and meaty with minimal fat. The restaurant was clean and I appreciated that, despite being a sports bar, the TVs weren't blaring and we could have a conversation without having to raise our voices. Overall, we both had a great experience and will definitely be returning.
