Mcgillicuddy's Tap House - New Paltz

We stopped for dinner. The service is very fast here. We ordered a round of drinks we liked, what we ordered and they came out pretty fast. Appetizers Magarita Flatbread and chicken wings with the special sauce that was really good. Loved the sauce and the flatbread was really good and crispy. For wings they have about 10 15 sauces to choose. Children's menu Penne with Marinara sauce that was fine. Entree Fisherman's catch that was like a sandwich, not so great, but okay. Spicy chicken sandwich and the black bean burger were really good. The frits were good and crisp. The big salad was not our favorites as it was much too raw. Overall, food is good and fast services. The parking lot is also easily available.

Love everything about this bar. Has great food during the day (the spinach dip bread bowl AMAZING), and has great energy on the weekends at night during bar hopping hours. The staff is always friendly, I always feel safe, and the bartenders never make me feel uncomfortable. Great place for any age family!

Food was good and came out quickly. Loud atmosphere but that is to be expected in a college town. The burger was a little overcooked but it was still very good. I would likely stop in again if I am ever in the area again.

This is a classic place to go. The service is great and the food is good. The honey Buffalo wings either boneless or bone in are delicious. If it?s not busy the food comes out pretty quick. I don?t go here that often anymore but still like going every once in a while.

Food here was hearty and delicious. I ordered a cowboy burger and chili on the side and they exceeded my expectations. As for the dining environment, the only downside is that if you eat at the bar, the music is pretty loud. They could probably lower the volume a little bit. But otherwise, great food.
