Brew Lait - New Orleans

Excellent hotel restaurant at the Intercontinental on St. Charles. The gumbo appetizer was delicious but missing rice and was served in an oversized bowl—there was a lot of soup! I ended up taking it home and enjoyed it the next day. The cocktails were fantastic, and the service was outstanding.

I had my first dining experience at Trenasse on a weeknight for a work-related occasion. I mention this because I might hesitate to spend that much on my own, ha! That being said, if you're aware of the pricing beforehand, you can truly have a delightful meal here. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It's a lovely spot to savor an upscale dining experience.

The food was fantastic! The garlic butter chargrilled oysters were incredible. They served these delightfully thick fries that were seasoned to perfection. You absolutely have to try the blue crab bisque—it's delicious!

Amazing!! Didn’t get pics of everything but everything was great! The raw oysters were big and tasty, the shrimp and crab bienville oysters were also big and delicious. The taste of Trenasse entree was EVERYTHING! It was a little bit of everything on the plate and it was all good and seasoned well. Then, the bread pudding *french kiss* I loved it all. Ambience was beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Not sure why they don't have better reviews! Must be hitting their stride. Excellent seafood here. Dessert great too. Excellent service. Great table. Thank you!
