New London Pizza House

The pizza here is fantastic, and the subs are excellent! They have a great selection of beer, both in bottles and on tap, as well as wine. The staff is also wonderful!

The food lacked flavor entirely; I've had better meals in a hospital. However, the cheese was nice and gooey.

After an hour, I called back to place another order, as I was extremely hungry by then. They didn't apologize or offer any discount for the inconvenience; instead, they assured me my pizza was being made. Once we finally got the pizza, we tried the overhyped sauce that had been recommended, but unfortunately, we ended up throwing away half of it because none of the staff changed their gloves while preparing our food, which we could see through the windows. It was a frustrating experience overall. Considering the pizza was priced at $17, I expected much better service and quality.

I’m really disappointed because the drink prices are outrageous—it's actually cheaper to buy a 2-liter than a single cup of soda! I placed a delivery order and ended up paying $4 for a cup of soda, but I also spent nearly $50 on food and left a generous tip.

The pizza here is consistently delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that they never offer any specials or deals—everything is just off the menu.
