Shake Shack New Hyde Park

When shopping, I had an intense desire for a Shake Shack Burger. Lilly, who started my Burger order, saw my Northwell RN jacket, asked me if I was a nurse. Shake Shack honored sisters this week for nurses and gave me a free burger. When I asked if I could buy a little 6 ounces of beer, no problem was told. But the assistant General Manager Paige didn't pay me for the beer. You couldn't have been nicer. They made me proud and happy to be a nurse. I always enjoy eating at the shack, but in a day it really made it special. Thanks Paige! Thank you. Lilly!

A friendly service with a smile. The iced tea of my niece was turned into half the lemonade and half the iced tea. No questions!! Oh, great burgers and Shake Shack. We'll be back soon.

We visited Shake Shack of New Hyde Park last Thursday for my son's 3rd birthday and although it's not full service dining (like all other Shake Shacks) the service was phenomenal. We were treated, honestly, like royalty. Ever worker went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you for taking care of us!

Great food and the lady manager there was really nice! They messed up our order and gave us a free custard ice cream. She was very kind!
