Stayed in the Rosebank Building for one night and had a very comfortable pleasant relaxing night.

The place looks charming but old and outdatedBeds are very uncomfortableThe carpet is dirty.

Clean, friendly place to stay. Attended a wedding and reception while there. To me everything seemed to go very smooth.

What a unique and charming place of stay! Dog friendly and convenient to Interstate, this was a great stop on our cross country trip. The terrain is beautiful for hiking. The hostess was friendly and helpful!

This is a repost of my review because they always remove it. We chose New Harmony Inn and Conference Center for our wedding 08/20/22. Melissa, Director Sales/Wedding Coordinator, is one of the worst people I've ever met in my life. As soon as we signed our contract, communication became terrible. I would get SMS, call and email over several days and even weeks and most time never get an answer. Although we did a taste test, our food was wrong. When we asked for a 10% refund, she said that she decided to make a $100 refund, the 2.7%, was fair as the food was edible. It took almost two weeks to get the refunded, because they recharge my account more and more. The food was very disappointing. We always had to call several different people to get access to areas of the place that should be open to us. The house we were ready was dirty, covered with feathers and dirt. My friend is to marry here in a year and now she looks at other places. Even with these problems I had to fight to get an answer, I emailed and called and after I had asked to talk to the General Manager, I finally got an email back. Absolutely worst service I've ever received. Edit: So basically Your answer was I a terrible customer? The only staff I was with was Melissa, Amy and the cook. In fact, the only other interaction I had with the staff is check-in and check-out and then the thank you I got when the wedding ended and I gave the kitchen and cleaning staff cupcakes. I am sure that the unpleasant interaction with Melissa, Amy, and the cook was when I complained during dinner that the food was not what the taste was tested and was chosen. Maybe you should provide the service that was agreed upon.
