If you're looking to get sick, this is the place to go. Never order the tuna here. Serving tuna that was made at 8 am at 8 pm is not only unsafe, but also dangerous.
I placed an order online and went to pick it up, but there was no record of it when I arrived. I later found out online that it had been cancelled 20 minutes later, even though I did not cancel it myself. I had both the confirmation email and the cancellation email to prove it. When I called to re-order, the worker refused to honor the coupon I had originally entered. The manager was also very rude. This store does not prioritize customer satisfaction. The customer service was terrible. My advice is to go to another Subway where the staff is kinder. Being kind does not cost anything.
I have officially decided to break up with Subway. The service and sandwich I received were not worth the high price. This is not the first time this has happened, and I regret not choosing a local restaurant instead. The quality and service at Subway have been consistently disappointing. I was charged more than the advertised price on the menu without any additional toppings. The total cost for a sub, chips, and a drink was 16.20, which is unacceptable for the poor service I received. I will not be returning to any Subway location in the future.
