Mcdonald's - New Castle

This local McDonald's franchise excels in providing a pleasant environment and atmosphere. The food is consistently served quickly, and you can usually trust that your order is accurate. The management here truly makes it one of the best McDonald's locations I've visited in a long time. Overall ratings: Food: 4, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The food was standard, and the staff weren't the friendliest. However, the place was clean, and my order was accurate. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

Weird to review a McDonald’s but this place deserves a shout out. Not many options in New Castle so we find ourselves here for lunch quite a bit. The staff is friendly and fast. Food is fresh and good. This is by far the best McDonald’s in the area. The one in Glenwood is a dump and same owners. It must be the amazing staff and management at this location. It’s always clean. The restaurant did not honor special requests at all. The fries were cold and undercooked. I recommend skipping this location and choosing a McDonald's that prioritizes customer service instead.
