Miner's Claim Restaurant - Silt

This was my second time attempting to dine at this restaurant. I placed a takeout order online for a 7:45 pm pick-up time. When I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 7:45 pm, I was ignored by employees and had to seek out help to find my order. Eventually, a female employee informed me that my order was not processed because the kitchen was too busy, despite leaving a voicemail at 7:38 pm that I did not receive due to poor cell service. I was left without dinner options in a rural area and the employee showed no remorse for the inconvenience.

Fantastic find! Thanks to the owner of the Red River Hotel for the recommendation. Quaint and welcomimg atmosphere, very rustic yet cozy as hecc! The service was amazing kind, attentive, and experienced. My server was a champ and read me well . tha k you Summer! The food... OMG it was incredible. You can tell its all handmade and fresh af gourmet and made with love and culinary expertise like it should be ya know? Conpliments to the cooks y 'all killin it! Had a sex in the desert martini you guys... amazing, they give you a whole shakers worth of martini, this was a tequila one and it was faaaabulousssss!!!! Anyway thanks for the meal and the good time y 'all was feeling a little down tonight and everything made my night better. Much thanks, much love keep up the good work . I 'll be back next time I 'm out this way!!

I was blown away by this restaurant located on main street in an old log home. The small town vibe and friendly locals added to the charm of the place. The food was absolutely fantastic. We tried the steak and lobster as well as a pasta dish, both of which were delicious from the presentation to the taste. The martini list was the largest I have ever seen in the US, with Tuesday offering a 2 for 1 special on top-quality vodka like Titos, Sky, or Ketel One for just $7. We started at the bar and then moved to a table, and the service was exceptional in both areas. I haven't experienced this level of service in years. I highly recommend this place.

If you LOVE those off the beaten path restaurants this one is a MUST VISIT! Located in a log cabin home in Silt Colorado, just off I70 near Glenwood Springs colorado. A locals hots spot for a good reason. The food is absolutely fantastic and the service is off the scale SUPER FRIENDLY Atmosphere!! This was our second visit. The owner Christian was the bartender on 2 for 1 Martinis Tuesdays ! WHAAAT ?!! Yeah thats a thing here for the past 25 years Probably coming back on wine down Wednesday,, 2 for 1 wines ! A MUST VISIT PLACE for sure Kid-friendliness: FAMILY FRIENDLY
