Edwards And Lounge - New Castle

This well-known establishment in New Castle was bustling on a Sunday night, and I struggled to find a spot at the bar. I've come to realize that exceptional food can be hard to come by in a small town, but this place stands out with its extensive menu, reasonable prices, and excellent service.

After helping our new homeowner son move a few things, we decided to grab some dinner. Edward's is conveniently located and just around the corner. I had a delicious grilled chicken salad topped with fruit and nuts, dressed with a delightful white balsamic vinaigrette. Meanwhile, my son and husband thoroughly enjoyed their hot sausage sandwiches and fries.

I dropped by for a late lunch and enjoyed the lovely outdoor terrace in the front. It’s well-sheltered, so you won't have to worry about rain or harsh sunshine. The menu offers a fantastic variety of mouthwatering appetizers, salads, burgers, and other dishes—everything is delicious! The staff is attentive, and the ambiance is casual, making it a great spot for a meal with colleagues. Whether you're there for cocktail hour or after a movie, every visit has been wonderful. There's also a dining room at the back that is very family-friendly, which is a big plus in my book!

The food is great! The people here treat you like family, always smiling and laughing, just plain having a good time. They offer indoor and outdoor seating in a hometown atmosphere. They offer everything from appetizers (I loved the ricotta balls! To sandwiches (hot and cold to entrees (the steak is awesome . They bend over backwards to accommodate requests (within reason of course . All in all a great place to eat. They do have a waitlist on their website which opens at 4pm I strongly suggest using it, especially on Friday and Saturday as it gets busy quick! Try Edwards, you'll love it!

We've been ordering from these guys for years, driving from Mercer County to pick up. Be it salads, steaks, or anything else on their menu the food has been absolutely unbeatable even after a 30 minute drive. The FISH SANDWICH stays crispy and hot. For a 30 minute drive home. HOW? I don't know but Edward's is it. If you're looking for something new to try you should stop reading reviews and just go give these guys a shot. (big shout out to their salads. Best in the state).
