Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Albany

Ordered for the first time tonight on the app. Was able to place the order and pay on the app. Only issue was apparently a computer error ,cause they did not receive the order . Sent my kids to pick up for me and was told this . The manager was very kind to my children they said , and the manager made everything right with no issues ! Thank you for your awesome service crew !

Most items are good. Chicken tenders are a bit dry. Love that they still carry heath dilly bars which are my favorite ?

This Dairy Queen in New Albany is a gem – clean, friendly, and perfect for families with kids. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our visit. Surprisingly, our food was brought directly to our table, which was a pleasant surprise. While I'm not sure if they always offer this service, it was certainly appreciated. Whether using the drive-through or dining indoors like today, our experiences here have consistently been positive.

Very rude, an employee made my ice cream wrong and tried to argue with me it was what i ordered.
