The Morenita - Neptune City

I adore this place! It's a charming little restaurant, and the hostess is lovely and sweet.

The sandwich I had was incredible. This little hidden gem is worth a visit. Be sure to try their delicious food. On Saturdays, they have tasty tamales. Mmmm!

The restaurant is fantastic. The food and drinks are amazing, giving it a true Mexican restaurant feel. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the tacos are outstanding. The variety of Mexican drinks such as Jumex, horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo add to the experience. The food is simply delicious; one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. I would rate it 20/10.

I found this place on Facebook looking for restaurants in Neptune City that were open for takeout. They didn't have a menu listed and upon messaging them they promptly updated their page with a current menu and prices. Ordered today, they were out of Cesina however I did get their shrip cocktail which is Cóctel de Camarón. The lady prepared it with everything and was ready quickly. They're bilingual and speak bothe English and Spanish. Lemme tell you something I worked in a Mexican restaurant previously and The Morenita's Cóctel is bomb AF! They give you such a generous portion and it was so fresh! I totally recommend! Will definitely spread the word out and return to try other stuff on their menú! ¡Gracias por la rica comida!
