Gianni's Pizzeria Neptune

Pasta fagioli suppe, which tasted like oil and butter and had about 10 small noodles and some raw prosciutto at the bottom of the container, without cannellini beaning that were in the description. when I asked what happened, they said they ran out yesterday and that someone would have told me. I then went to the whole wheat chicken package I ordered, and the tortilla was pure flour not whole weeping and was cold in trial instead of warm/hot. I often command gianni of oakhurst and give him every time 10/10 to say I am very disappointed is an understatement.

Small eggplant hero $12.79 was tasteless and dry. Would not honor their app for $15% off 1st order which this was saying first they didn't t know about the discount then saying oh, its on next order. See other review citing problem with discount too.

I ordered 2 pies and fried calamari. The pies were not greasy however they could have put more souce. They were still good . The calamari in the other hand was super tender inside and fresh. Solid pizza and didn't have to wait long.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would have put. my boyfriend ordered food around 8:15 PM on a Monday night when Gianni‘s closes at 9 PM. He ordered it on their app (which BTW never updates the status of your order or gives you any information about your order besidea the ETA), it charged his credit card and then said it would be delivered at 9:45 PM. it is now about to be 11 PM, and his food has NOT BEEN DELIVERED. we tried to call at 9:45 to ask where the food was but they stop answering the phones before they even close. I know this to be true because within the past two months on a separate occasion, they sent us the wrong pizza and we try to call 30 minutes before they closed according to the website and Google and they never picked up the phone. Therefore we were stuck with a pizza that we did not ask for with no way to ask for a refund or for the correct pizza to be sent to us. we used to love this restaurant but their customer service has become incredibly disappointing and intoleranlw. Do better.
