Taqueria Cotija - Nederland

Cotijas is our family's favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! It is family-owned, has great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and offers a great selection of drinks. My go-to dish is typically the Cotijas pizza, but everything I've tried there has been delicious and satisfying!

Can we discuss the drinks? I know it's not a bar, but wow... the shots and top shelf margaritas are incredible!

The Migas were absolutely delicious and the rice was the best I've ever tasted!

I've never been to this place since it opened until this weekend. My Homie told me this place has delicious breakfast tacos. So I met him to find out what this is about. Chilaquiles w/ green sauce. Good, but I wish it had more green sauce and cheese. Just my preference. Chorizo, egg cheese taco w/ pico. Flavorful Fried potatoes. Crispy edges and delicate in the middle salsa Great taste and fresh. 10/10 I would come back, but I would rather try something new. Just to find my favorite menu item. Waitress (Joseline) Extremely Nice, she took the time to chat about other foods. Super friendly. Great service. Eating I loved it, I would definitely return

The food here is absolutely delicious! The Quesabirria tacos are amazing how is the birria ramen and everything else you order. Everything is made fresh, right up to Chamoy with the Margaritas.
