Domino's Pizza - NAZARETH

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic, with excellent service and fast delivery of hot pizzas. The pizza chef at this place really knows what they're doing.

I have ordered from this restaurant occasionally, but yesterday's experience was absolutely unacceptable. I received 2 fresh pizzas and 1 cold, stale pizza. I called multiple times to have it replaced, and was told the manager would call me when he arrived, but it has been two days and the manager has still not shown up. I highly recommend checking your delivery before accepting it. I am not concerned about getting a replacement pizza, but the lack of professionalism is concerning. It seems like they may be under new, cheap ownership. They do not even deserve one star.

This restaurant is typically consistent in their pizza delivery. While it may not be the best pizza in my opinion, it's the one that my whole family can agree on. Unfortunately, I was frustrated to receive two pizzas that were burned. I was hoping for a night off from cooking, but now I have to prepare a meal for the kids since they won't eat the burnt pizza. Although this restaurant is usually reliable, I think I will start going to my preferred spot even if I have to pick up the pizza myself. They have never served me a burned pizza.

Placed an order at 7:45 and didn't receive it until 9:32. The order consisted of 2 cheesey bread. At 8:51 we called to see about the order because we were told it would be 45 mins. The manager gets on the phone says it will be another 15 mins or so(bringing the wait time to an hour and 20 mins) and asked what did we want him to do about it. Refund of course was our answer.We asked him what would he want done if he was in our position and he said he'd just be happy to receive his food whenever itshowed up. He was sarcastic and lacked any level of customer service skills. Almost 2 hours is unacceptable. The worst pizzaplace in the area by far.

I placed an order at 8:48 pm. It?s said that they started prep the order. It?s said that in 38 to 48 min will be ready.One hour later I?m still waiting. I called the store and the lady that I spoke told me that they don?t know about the order because thesistem didn?t show them. She was very rude and disrespectful. She said she don?t see anything but she can refund the miney. Howif she don?t see it how she can refund? I didn?t recomend this dominos. People very disrespectfull.
