Rosa Dos Ventos - Nazare

We were recommended here by a local friend and it is absolutely amazing! Victor’s family who owns the restaurant is also a fisherman like his forefathers. They fish for a living as well as for their restaurant so we r getting the freshest catch of the day. The grilled Red Snapper has a super delicate taste to it and it’s done very excellently! We love the potatoes and salad that comes with the fish as well as the bread and olives. Most of all, we enjoyed looking at the family photos on the wall. Victor is super friendly and helpful. He kept checking if we needed more potatoes or salad or anything. It’s amazing how he returned from his catch at 5 am showered to start work at his restaurant and he will be going out to the sea at 5 pm later. All the chefs in the kitchen greeted and thanked us when we were on our way out. Definitely coming back for the time we have here. Makes visiting Nazaré a great experience!!

Completely unique independant family run restaurant. Has to be experienced, completely fresh fish-catch of the day shown to you before order, the best atmosphere you could think of for a restaurant. Staff were absolutely amazing, prices were extremely fair for the flavour you were served, could not recommend this place enough times over any other restaurants in Nazere.

Um 10º lugar na Nazaré. Peixe incrível, peixe-escorpião fantástico e linguado. Mas o pudim sai 20/10 Willen e Victor muito profissionais e amigáveis.

Nós compartilhamos um pargo branco pescado fresco no mesmo dia. Ele veio com batatas (cozidas) e salada de jardim. A refeição estava absolutamente deliciosa e os servidores foram muito gentis e prestativos. Eu recomendo este restaurante!
