Przekaż informację zwrotnąWaited 40 plus minutes for only 2 person party, very hot no ventilation, when complained about the wait times instead of apologizing the guy cashier argues that we should ordered online for faster service so I pointed out that the people who ordered before and after us in the line already ate and left, no tables are not being clean after each use. Ended up fit our order after 46 minutes and ate in our car because hot inside.
I always go here for authentic filipino Barbeque and Bibingka!Had to wait a while for my order but that 's the essence of delicious/flavorful food... patience ! Parking: Plenty just in front of the restaurant!
The food was incredible, ordered a variety of different items such as the grilled squid (amazing), lumpis, porridge, and more.
Food is excellent. Waiting time is terrible. With lots of customers longer waiting time is understandable but it should be within reasonable wait time. This is one of the weakness of established Pilipino restaurants. Tables are not promptly cleaned. Some customers have to remove leftover trays with leftover food. Noticeable over flowing trash can.
Dito po kayo kung gusto nyong awayin at loko-lokohin kayo ng staff. psa: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THERE'S PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS IN NATIONAL CITY WITH BETTER SERVICE AND MORE FOOD OPTIONS Tip: Make sure to double check your order is truly correct with them in verbal and in receipt. The cashier will verify your order correctly at first sure, but they pull a 180 and miss items anyway, pretend they didn't make a mistake and force it on you. They WILL get argumentative instead of fixing wrong items especially when you point out the mistakes. Experience: There's way too many upset customers when going to this branch. And while waiting for about more than an hour for my order, I have witnessed the staff initiate almost screaming matches with the customers especially the seniors. The cashier that handled my order also made mistakes on mine and when I pointed it out, they started to get aggressive and insist I was at fault for not ordering correctly ? instead of fixing the items. My dad was eating here with me and is a diabetic so he was too tired and hungry from the wait already to have to needlessly defend the order so I just took him to another place across the street instead. Recommendation: ok i will understand if the food is slow. it takes a while to cook good food. but bad customer service to the point of toxicity is A BIG NO. the staff could be at least honest with the customers that they messed up the orders instead of manipulating them to believe that the customers at fault. they have a lot of customers in older generations and i hate to see my family get gaslit and shouted at by the servers just for mediocre food. For the staff: if you cant take accountability of simply missing to add items by mistake in the order and then proceed to lie and force your mistakes on the customer there are plenty of filipino restaurants with food just as good if not better around the same area that have at the very least decent service so no one will really miss out on good filipino food if they decide to not eat here. the tasty food isn't worth it if the staff themselves are the karens. tdlr: if i can pick between two restaurants with good filipino food but one was manila sunset and the other did not have staff that are dishonest, deceitful, or manipulative, i guarantee i wont pick manila sunset. Kid-friendliness: dont bring kids. they will learn terrible manners from staff
