Los Titos Mexican Food - National City

I should have ate there instead of bringing my food home. I’m never coming here again. There was a piece of a metal scrub pad in my California burrito. The worst part is I had already eaten two thirds of the burrito. The receipt no longer has an order number. Or date of purchase. But here is proof. I was there with my brother at around 8:30pm on September 11

Very disappointed. Breakfast burrito with no egg? I asked and paid for sour cream that's not there. I was told it would be made with potato, I specifically asked. They used french fry, I hate french fries, it's so dry. Over I can not eat this at all and unfortunately I live to far to drive back tonight.

For the third time they're not putting in Salsa's with our order I specifically reminded them to do so and they still didn't send salsa packets I think they are doing this on purpose now. Can management please get ahold of me. Their telephone has been disconnected for the longest. Theres no headquarters main office online.b

Horrible service! I ordered a lunch combo, 2 enchiladas with rice and beans. No where did it say sour cream was on it. I asked if it could be remade without sour cream and was told it cannot be done. Since it couldn't be done I asked for a refund and was given an attitude like I did something wrong. Could have kept a customer by remaking it without sour cream but instead food got thrown away. I get my refund and you lost a customer. Bad business! Go next door and get some Mexican food from Vallarta! 1 star

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The beans and rice were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the machaca con huevo dish.
