Dairy Queen - Natchitoches

The man cashier is a true asset to this location. He has excellent customer service, and he took his job very seriously. He was washing the food trays, washing tables, sweeping the floors and paying attention to the counter, and immediately going to attend to the customer. I wish I knew his name. He's an exceptional employee.

I purchased a 2 for $5.00. The chili dog and fries. The drive thru employee handed me the bag upright therefore the chili covered the bottom of the bag. The hot dog was so old that it was hard to bite the meat. The French fries were brown and hard.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This location has been terrible all 3 times we have stopped here. This time we ordered a MEDIUM blizzard but was given a MINI for $4.59. He wouldn’t listen when I told him I ordered a medium. He didn’t turn it over because it looked like the pic aside from the napkins because he refused to give any the lid off the sundae that we had to put it in the keep it from making a huge mess in the car. He knew it was melted when he shoved it out the window. It was literally all down the side of the cup. He refused to give us any napkins. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!

Ordered the steak finger basket. It was very good. Young man at the counter was awesome!

I always stop in this Dairy Queen, when I leave Natchitoches. I've been here multiple times, and whenever I visit, it's always the cleanest, friendliest, most affordable option, with the greatest service, kindest employees, and phenomenal food. This Dairy Queen should be the model of all Dairy Queen restaurants (and every other fast food establishment) nationwide. If you don't believe me, just visit this lovely little eatery and find out for yourself!!
