I placed my order threw the one and the girl taking my ordered kept laughing and didn’t seem to know how to keep it together I walked in and both girls in the front gave me a dirty look for no reason. I payed for my food and went home I order original hot with a side of lemon pepper and I got pale tenders with no side I will not be returning to this wing stop since customer service was not it and couldn’t make a simple order.

Rude and incompetent manager who works Wednesday evening. It takes 15 seconds to communicate with someone instead of wasting their time, and acting like a douche because of your mistake isn’t acceptable either

Horrible customer service! I was supposed to be issued a refund due to an issue that occurred when I ordered on the app. I waited almost a week and nothing was refunded. After my 3rd attempt at reaching a manager who never returned my calls, I was put on a 10 minute hold, the manager came and felt he had the right to hang up in my face. I hadn’t even cursed him, I was adamant about getting my money back. Something that was simple to resolve ended up with the manager escalating the issue. When I got the store, this same manager had the maturity level of a kindergartener and didn’t feel the need to resolve the matter because he said “he wasn’t there.” Every time I spoke, he cut me off from speaking. I’ve never seen someone behave so unprofessional while on the clock. Another manager (Franscico) sat back and watched the entire time allowing the “newer” manager to overtalk me and cut me off, repeatedly. I so happened to have been on the phone with corporate who heard the entire interaction and recorded the complaint. This entire situation could’ve been prevented but here we are. I’m currently waiting on a follow up from corporate because this was unacceptable and I do not tolerate disrespect.

I made a request for the vegetable side dish what did not receive it. My fries for lightly seasoned as I requested it but they were cold.

They continue to get my orders wrong and were semi aggressive regarding their attempt to fix it. Will never come to this location again
