Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Food is delicous, but service could defiently improve. Came in on Saturday at 8:24 p.m. to place a to-go order (they close at 9). They had half the lights off, open sign was off and clearly the 3 female workers there did not want any customers. Rude service, not a single a smile and when I told them thank you as they handed me my food, they lady didn 't even respond and then I saw she had earbuds on. It definitely doesn 't feel good to be treated as an annoyance when I 'm just trying to order some good food.

Super disappointing visit. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I paid with my card and tipped 15% for my Paradise Point smoothie, chicken bacon, and ranch flatbread and chips. Neither the cashier, the girl who handed me my drink, or the guy who handed me my food said thank you! They weren't even busy and seemed like nice enough people. I just can't believe they don't have the courtesy to thank their patrons! This will be the last time I tip. What a waste!

The smoothies are fantastic and larger than I expected. We got a chipotle chicken flatbread and it was surprisingly really good! Definitely going back.

Beware that if you order a premium side with your meal, that they will charge you the al a carte price of 1.79 for it. The regular side that comes with the Flatbread is 1.49, thus the upcharge should be .30.I tried to explain that to the girl, but we kept going in circles that she had to charge me more for a different side, she didn 't seem to understand what al a carte means.....

All I had was a Sunrise Sunset it was quick and delicious!
