Papa Johns Pizza

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have tried them a few times over the years and it is always a disaster. The manager tonight even told me that if I don't have problems with Dominoes, then maybe I should keep using them. Wow.

The employee named “Davis” is extremely rude and was slurring his words which leads me to believe he was under the influence. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will NEVER order from Papa Johns ever again!!! Now I see why this place is rated 3 stars on Google.

They overcooked the pizza. I took it back and asked could they remake it which they did with no issue. However, the cook brought the order back over and I checked it right there. The pizza was cooked the exact same. Overcooked. At that point I just asked for a refund I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

2 hours waiting for my pizza. Phone in the store doesn’t work. I have to pick it up and the still charge the delivery fee.

Worst customer service, female employee was rude. I placed an order for a future time and she disregarded it and put it in for the current time. Absolutely the worst restaurant ever. Be prepared for the city to come check your restaurant!!!!!!
