Driftwood Cafe & Homewares - NARRABEEN

Driftwood has a nice beachy vibe with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is extensive with great healthy options. We had the porridge and the acai bowl this time which were very tasty. We have had cooked brunches here in the past which were very...tasty.

I have been going to Driftwood in Narrabeen regularly for years now, times a week, for coffee, breakfast and brunch. Great and healthy food and smoothies etc, extensive menu, excellent coffee, friendly helpful service. Don't expect a gourmet restaurant, it's a breakfast...and lunch place! But it is one of the best in Narrabeen in my view. They can be busy on Sundays and holidays, so I particularly enjoy my regular weekday mornings there.

Went on Australia Day (yes I know it was busy) for breakfast with my mum and brothers. Venue looked great sitting under the umbrellas on the side walk with ocean breeze. Perfect. Asked for table in the shade, it was. Table set all looked good,...was greeted and told to check in and order at counter etc etc. all great. Hot beverages perfect all as ordered. Menu read well and we all had something different. Corn Fritter, bacon, guacamole, salsa. This looked and was amazing. Egg and bacon burrito. Informed it was average, presentation very meh! and was not very abundant with filling. Poached eggs on hash brown with salmon, fried tomatoe, avocado and Benedict sauce. Eggs done perfectly as requested, hash browns soggy and oily, the single slice of salmon very salty and not nice, tomatoe and avocado good. Average presentation. And the winner of the day was Eggs Benedict with salmon and sauce requested on the side. Two bits of toast with a single slice of salmon, two eggs plopped on top and a tiny sprig of dill. That was it. We laughed ate and left. Service at register was excellent, a few delays with one beverage and one meal but it was a busy morning so not an issue. So re menu... get your coffees to go. Sorry won’t be going back

Went here for breakfast this morning and was very disappointed in the quality and presentations of the meals. I ordered eggs Benedict with salmon however my meal was sent out with ham. When I told staff they said they would fix it up. It had...to ask staff to get the correct meal. The hollandiase sauce was bland and tasteless. Very disappointed with service and food quality.

Love this place so much, firstly their menu is massive and caters for just about anyone, and all the food I’ve had here (mainly recommend the breakfast bruschetta) has been very flavoursome, healthy and just delicious. Coffee is also really great here, decor is extremely...inviting and staff are welcoming. Would recommend for anyone around the Narrabeen area.
