I just became a vegetarian and as much as I like to cook and experiment, I desperately needed a store where to buy hamburgers that did not respond to the usual combinations of flavors. Vegetarian Macellery is a wonderful place, in all senses. It has many different options: meatballs, vegan meats, hamburgers and sausages, all without preservatives and artificial aromas. The production process is reduced to a minimum, thanks to the production managed by the kitchen located behind the counter. The owner welcomed me very kindly and was really nice. Too bad there are only 5 stars, it deserves a thousand! I add that the prices are very convenient (most products range between 10-15€ per kg).
