Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

It was breakfast time when I ordered a Classic Bagel with bacon, but I ended up with a BLT instead of a BELT. You really need to reconsider your menu names because my orders are always incorrect. I'm exhausted from being told, "We don’t check the bag before you leave." The last time I ordered two honey-dipped donuts, I only got one!

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. They promptly and effortlessly fixed a mistake regarding the cream cheese. I really appreciated their hassle-free service!

I typically don't review fast food restaurants, but I must mention that this Tim Hortons offers the best honey-glazed donuts. They're flawlessly coated in glaze. I don't go to Tim Hortons very often, as I usually leave feeling disappointed, but I find myself stopping at this location on my way to school just for their donuts. Other than that, it's your average Tim Hortons. If you're not ordering coffee, there's a good chance they might not have what you want.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It felt like they really didn’t have things under control. I didn't receive any service, whether I used the drive-thru or went inside. I definitely won’t be returning. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.

The coffee I had had a sour taste and lacked any caramel notes, making it quite unpleasant to enjoy.
