Taco Bell - Nanaimo

Absolute garbage both times I've ordered. Ordered the beef supreme this time with extra cheese and guacamole. No extra cheese, no guacamole, no tomatoes. Wrap was so dry it just crumbled. Don't even bother going to this TacoBell, they don't care to even try to make your food right.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I had low expectations for fast food, but they forgot an item I ordered and one of the items they gave me looked like it wasn't put together properly. I went inside to inform them, and they gave me a bag with new items and the forgotten item. However, when the employee realized I had already eaten one of the items from the old bag, she stuck her hand in the bag and grabbed a taco with her bare hands, saying, "Oh, you already ate one of these." The service was horrible and gross. I will never return here and would not recommend anyone to eat here.

The last 5 times I've come to this TacoBell/KFC the TacoBell part has been closed. With all staff wearing both KFC, and Tacobell hats/shirts, they claim short staffed. I see at least 7 people working. This place should just close down and make way for something like burger King that will actually operate in the provided times.

Basically there is actually no legit Taco Bell on Vancouver Island. They’re never open, they never get your order right or their restaurant is absolutely disgusting if by chance they are open.

This probably has to be the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to.Don’t waste your money here. The staff here don’t seem to care about attention to detail and they are also understaffed.they also close down the lobby and taco bell at 8pm?
