Delicado's - Nanaimo

This is my go to place for Mexican food cravings. I have ordered many times here (at least 15 times) and never been disappointed. I've had every vegetarian wrap they have made. All good. I love the rating of spice for your wraps. I have gone as hot as Hot Hot and that was HOT! I like to taste my ingredients and not be taken over by it being too hot, I generally for for med. Hot. Perfect for my taste buds. I have tried most of the salads and liked them all. Prices are reasonable and you order at the counter, pay and they give you a number for you to put on your table. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes, even when they are really busy (which is almost always).

Gotta love the way they make a wrap - just ask and they will make it special, just the way you like it. Two locations to serve you and you will love it.

Exactly what we needed! Food is always consistent and great. Fresh wraps and salads, great service. You can always count on Delicado's. Delicious!

Re: Aulds Rd. locationI have not been to Delicado's for years due to food allergies (there aren't many choices if you have gluten/dairy allergies), but decided to try really the only thing on the menu I could have, their Enchilada. My daughter had a large Chicken Nino and mom had a mediterranean We took it home and we were all very disappointed with what we were served. Mine had barely any soy cheese or chicken and was filled mainly with corn. I had to add other items from my fridge to replace the ridiculous amount of corn which was about half a cup if not more. A massive rip off in my opinion at the price of $7.30.The other two wraps weren't much different. The large chicken nino was more like a large cigar with very little chicken and more cheese. The mediterranean also had very little chicken, very little cheese or sauce. Bottom line is we were all very disappointed at what ended up to be a very overpriced meal totaling almost $30. I tried to complain on their website but when you click on 'contact us' the page just goes blank. We won't be going back to this location.
