The service was prompt and exceptional. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The quality of the drinks and food was what you would expect from Starbucks—sometimes remarkable, but other times just average. While there is limited seating indoors, they do provide outdoor seating options.

I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, but when I returned to ask for extra sweet cream, the manager told me there would be an extra charge. I had already paid for the sweet cream, but it wasn't added to my drink. I understand that there is a fee for additional sweet cream, but if my drink had been prepared correctly from the start, I wouldn't have needed to ask for more!

The coffee at this place is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and everything has consistently met my expectations. The only drawback is the location. Although it's conveniently located in the center of town close to popular stores, the traffic can be quite annoying during busy hours. So, if you're in a hurry, just be mindful when you stop by.

The service was incredibly slow, and the drinks were not well made. The vanilla cream cold brew didn’t have any cream in it, and our frappes were nearly all liquid. This has been one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had in the valley. They also ran out of medium cups and gave us the wrong lid for the cold brew.

The coffee was overly hot; I had to wait about half an hour for it to cool down, and my tongue is still a bit sore. My wife's coffee, on the other hand, was fine. It will be a while before I order coffee from there again. Since this was our first visit to a Starbucks, I think I’ll choose something else next time.
