It has a nice food with glossy and a little different from the usual. The most delicious food was the salad and chicken. The staff very good and quality of the food impeccable. They have made the most culinary dishes, but they would rather be more delicious than to give so emphasis on appearance.
Amazing food Great hospitality Definitely will recommend to anyone

We went here today to celebrate American Father's Day. Forecast called for rain so we were looking for somewhere to eat, with a nice view, but still remain dry. Palataki had just opened a little over a month ago, so we wanted to check it out. Let me begin by saying WOW. Entering the grounds of the Mystras Grand Resort Spa is breathtaking (parking the car underneath olive trees in an unpaved area, not so much). Once you enter, there is a beautiful fountain and tanks filled with giant koi... once up the staircase, there are three dining rooms. The first room had retracting glass windows and overlooks Mystras castle on the mountain. Such a picturesque, relaxing backdrop makes for an incredible experience. There is an indoor room which has AC and is elaborately furnished. Our waiter also offered us seating in the third room, located outdoors which faces the pool area. We chose the gorgeous mountain scene for our lunch. Menu has a variety of traditional greek dishes. For appetizers we chose xoriatiki salad, arugala salad, tsaitia (southernspinach pie? calamari, and fried cheese. Everyone loved them all my favorite wsd the spinach pie and the xoriatiki salad. For main dishes we ordered rooster, pork shank, seafood ravioli (they listed it as stuffed pasta, braised beef, pork medallions and chicken souvlaki. This is where one star gets deducted. The servers brought out all the dishes except my grandmother's entree. The waiter looked at her blankly and didn't understand what happened. Every restaurant we've been to had used a cell phone app to record orders. Our waiter had confirmed our order by reading back to us all our choices how did her food order not get registered? He apologized and asked her if he could bring her something else. Strange. Everyone enjoyed there food. Presentation was beautiful on each dish. I was grateful for the French fries for the kids... Midway through our meal there was a horrible thunderstorm. Luckily we picked the room with the windows, allowing us to close the glass and remain dry. Another party started in the outdoor room facing the pool had to relocate to our area. It was incredible seeing the storm clouds envelope the mountain, completely hiding it and then slowly clearing... For dessert a few of us ordered: creme brulee. Chocolate lava cake with ice cream and mill fai with mastica ice cream. I got to sample everything and it was very yummy! Lastly we were served a delicious liquor made from moloxa (not sure its name). Waiter brought bisinatha for the kids to join in on the drinking experience. Bottom line: For a brand new place, it's AMAZING. Had they not messed up our order they would be 5 stars. Unlike any other place I've been in Laconia.
